I love soft serve smoothie treats during the summer! 🙂 They are perfectly refreshing after a long day and just provide that “extra boost” needed to get your to-do list completed! 🙂 I came across some ripe guavas in the market recently (WIN!) and I decided to craft a soft serve with them. Guava has a perfect texture for making a thick and enjoyable fruit soft serve. The only part that is slightly interesting to get accustomed to is the seeds (which are entirely edible), but if you aren’t used to eating fruits with a bunch of seeds throughout them then this might be a bit of a surprise haha! The flavors are awesome and perfectly complimented by a dollop of my favorite whipped cream Isigny Sainte-Mère Crème a la Vanille de Madagascar as a nice touch of creaminess and sweetness, in addition to some fresh blackberries and strawberries. So if you need a refreshing pick-me-up, this recipe is for you! Enjoy! 🙂
